Cancellation Policy
Because bookings are made by calendar day, our cancellation policy is based on the number of days before your rental begins.
- Two or more calendar days before the booking start date: Full refund.
- The calendar day before the booking start date: 75% refund of the total booking cost.
- On the day of pickup: No refund for that day. If your booking spans multiple days, you will receive a 75% refund for any remaining unused days.
Examples (4-day rental at $100/day = $400 total):
- Cancel on the day of pickup: First day non-refundable. Remaining 3 days ($300) refunded at 75% → $225 returned.
- Cancel two or more calendar days before: Full refund → $400 returned.
- Cancel the calendar day before pickup: 75% refund → $300 returned.
